Delivery & How We Work

How our AI-native delivery works with your team

How does this work with Agentforce?

Agentforce can be part of the solution. Our AI-native delivery engine supports the broader engineering workflow — from requirements and design through build, testing, and deployment — including Agentforce when it fits your use case.

How does AI work with our data?

Agents work in your sandboxes with the permissions you grant, under our engineers' supervision. Your data remains protected, and every production deployment receives human review and approval.

What happens after go-live?

The same engine powers our managed services: AI triages and drafts fixes; engineers review and ship. Your org keeps improving after launch.

Can we run the agents ourselves?

Our plug-and-play agents are in Early Access. Reach out to learn more about the roadmap.

AI + Salesforce

Why we prove the engine on Salesforce

Do you work outside Salesforce today?

Our engagements today are Salesforce-centered, but rarely Salesforce-only: SSO, payment gateways, data platforms, and legacy system migrations are part of nearly every delivery. The engine itself is platform-agnostic by design, and middleware, migration tooling, and AI-native voice agents are next on its roadmap — if your roadmap runs beyond CRM, talk to us.

How does your AI-native approach support delivery?

Our AI-native approach combines reusable solution libraries, automated quality gates, and engineers accountable for outcomes. Our founders have spent a decade building delivery tooling, and we first proved the approach inside our own product work.

Is Salesforce the only platform you support?

Salesforce is where we've proven the engine — and where most of our customers' critical work lives. The delivery model is built to go wherever your roadmap goes; talk to us if you need work that spans beyond CRM.

EasyMask

Does data leave our environment?

EasyMask runs entirely inside your Salesforce org. Your data stays within the environment where the masking work happens, with no external service required.

Where can EasyMask run?

EasyMask is designed for non-production Salesforce environments, with production access blocked by the product.

What's the audit trail?

Every masking run is logged, and every field changed is recorded, giving your compliance team a clear, ready-to-review history.

Who is EasyMask for, and how is it priced?

Salesforce admins, release managers, QA leads, and sandbox owners — anyone responsible for keeping non-production environments clean and compliant. It installs directly in Salesforce with with no additional infrastructure. Contact us for pricing.

Org Insights

Org assessment — what you get and how it works

See Org Insights →

How quickly can we complete an Org Insights assessment?

About two weeks from kick-off to executive readout. Week 1 covers the assessment; Week 2 turns the findings into a leadership-ready plan. Your team reviews the results while we handle the assessment.

What does Org Insights add to an org scan?

Org Insights analyzes 24 risk areas across 6 dimensions and turns the findings into business context, a prioritized workbook, and a sequenced roadmap — ready for executives, architects, and release leaders.

How much time will our team spend?

Minimal engagement for rapid assessments. We establish secure access, run the assessment, and interpret findings. You review the readout — you don't operate the tooling day-to-day during the engagement.

What do we walk away with?

An executive health score and expansion-readiness rating, prioritized findings ranked by business impact, governance recommendations, and a sequenced expansion roadmap — ready to present to leadership and assign the same day. Contact us for pricing.
