Customer Zero: 62% Less Testing Time Shipping an AppExchange-Grade Product

The Challenge

Shipping a commercial AppExchange product is a different bar than a consulting deliverable: a managed 2GP package, a Salesforce security review, deterministic behavior across thousands of org configurations, and a test suite deep enough to prove all of it. For a lean team, the traditional bottleneck isn't writing the code — it's the testing: building coverage for batch processing, rollback safety, automation muting, and failure handling across every edge case.

The Approach

EasyMask became the proving ground for our AI delivery engine. AI agents generated and maintained the Apex and LWC test suites alongside the code, drafted edge-case scenarios engineers hadn't enumerated, and ran build-test-fix loops that kept coverage moving with every change — with our engineers reviewing and approving every gate. The same pipeline produced the security-review documentation trail.

We didn't use EasyMask to demo the engine. We bet the product on it. Every client engagement now runs on the same pipeline that shipped a commercial product — and the pipeline got sharper because a product's quality bar demanded it.

What We Shipped

The Impact

Why It Matters

We were customer zero. We didn't ask clients to trust a pipeline we hadn't proven on something that mattered. EasyMask had a quality bar — a security review, deterministic behavior across orgs, test coverage with real teeth — and we built it with the engine before we offered the engine to anyone else. That's the standard we hold every client engagement to.
